3. Digital Downloads

• Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase.

• As digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, no refunds are given unless the file is defective.

• All prices are listed in local currencies and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery (for physical products)

• Physical products are fulfilled and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• Delivery times vary depending on location.

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

• For digital products: no returns or refunds once the download has started.

• For physical products: you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy for details).

• All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Belora & Co.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our digital files or prints without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
