We want every piece to feel right in your home. If it doesn't, here is everything you need to know.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us directly at hello@beloraco.com. You will receive a written confirmation once your withdrawal request has been received.

EU Directive 2023/2673

In accordance with EU consumer law, you may withdraw from any eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery. Once your withdrawal is confirmed, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Return

Contact us at hello@beloraco.com before sending your return.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a production fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

The cost of returning a defective item is our responsibility.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specific specifications or clearly personalised items. As all Belora & Co prints are produced to order, certain exemptions under EU consumer law may apply. If you have questions about your specific order, please contact us before initiating a return.
