Delivery Policy

Digital products

All our digital posters are delivered instantly after purchase.
After completing your order, you will receive a download link to the email address provided at checkout.
Please make sure your email address is correct when placing the order.
If you experience issues accessing your files, contact us at hello@beloraco.com and we will resend your download link.

Physical products (fulfilled by Printful)

Printed posters are produced on demand and fulfilled by Printful.
Processing time: usually 1–2 business days.
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- North America: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Customs & import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.

Uncollected Packages

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. If you do not collect your order from the designated pickup point within the specified time frame, the package will automatically be returned to us.

In such cases, the purchase is treated as withdrawn, and you are entitled to a refund under the right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to deduct our actual costs incurred from the refund amount, in accordance with applicable law — including production costs, original shipping, and return shipping. As these are custom-produced items shipped internationally, this deduction can represent a significant portion of the order value.

We therefore strongly recommend collecting your order within the specified time frame to avoid this cost.
