Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Here's how it works.

 

How to start a return

Go to your order confirmation email and select "View your order" -> "Request a return," 
or reach out to us at hello@beloraco.com with your order number.

 

Return conditions

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and returned in the same condition as received
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Once approved, items must be shipped within 10 days

 

Packaging your return

Unframed prints: reuse the original rigid packaging if possible, to prevent bending.
Framed prints: pack securely with extra padding around the glass and corners.

If these conditions are met, you may return the product using a shipping method of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After we receive your return

Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your refund 
within 14 days.

 

Important

  • Please reuse the original packaging whenever possible
  • The item must be shipped within 10 days after return approval
  • Returns sent after this period may not be accepted


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.


Uncollected Packages

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. If you do not collect your order from the designated pickup point within the specified time frame, the package will automatically be returned to us.

In such cases, the purchase is treated as withdrawn, and you are entitled to a refund under the right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to deduct our actual costs incurred from the refund amount, in accordance with applicable law — including production costs, original shipping, and return shipping. As these are custom-produced items shipped internationally, this deduction can represent a significant portion of the order value.

We therefore strongly recommend collecting your order within the specified time frame to avoid this cost.
